Paratransit riders cite delays, service issues as RTA pledges improvements
Several paratransit riders told The Land that late pickups and arrivals have hindered them from getting to and from work, doctor’s appointments, and other meetings on time. RTA touts positive rider survey results and says it’s working to address challenges like driver shortages.
