Bellaire-Puritas breaks ground on mural, first new home in 20 years
The Bellaire-Puritas neighborhood on Cleveland’s west side will break ground on two new projects in the coming weeks: a 60-foot-long mural honoring and celebrating individuals who have developmental disabilities, and the first new house to be constructed in Ward 16 in decades.
