Three ways to participate- 5K run/walk OR a 1-mile fun walk OR come for fellowship and have a coffee and donut with us.

The Walk has music, games, face painting, hair spraying, tattoos, free coffee, juice, water, snacks, and DONUTS.
We also have the signature t-shirt decorating and morning yoga to center us —so we can have maximum FUN…and we would not forget the pups. There will be a tent with water and snacks for our fourlegged friends.
