Cleveland Public Library is hosting its Hispanic Heritage Month kickoff celebration at South Campus, hosted by the Library’s Latinos Juntos ERG. The event includes face painting, balloon twisting, food by Rincon Criollo, music by the band Grupo Guego, and performances by Aztec dancers.
