Eva Strazek

Eva Strazek was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio, and is a freelance journalist and dramaturg based in Cleveland and Chicago. She is a fourth-year student at DePaul University, studying Dramaturgy/ Dramatic Criticism and Journalism, set to graduate in 2026. She is the Theatre Beat Writer for The DePaulia, DePaul’s student news publication, and is a co-editor for DePaul’s Theatre School community journal, The Grappler.

Lakewood’s newest mixed-use development, Westline, will start leasing apartments as early as spring 2026, according to developers.
