Vaiva Neary

Vaiva Neary holds a bachelor's degree in education from John Carroll University and a master's degree in literacy development from Cleveland State University. She currently serves as an English as a Second Language teacher in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Vaiva is a lifelong resident of the Collinwood neighborhood and is a passionate advocate for helping her community reach its full potential. She has launched several initiatives to improve the lives of her neighbors, including a volunteer program pairing adult mentors with local students and community playdates for families with young children. Vaiva enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending time with her husband Tim and three children.
