Meet the Community Journalists: Networking and Breakfast
Hough Branch Library 6530 Lexington Avenue, ClevelandSince launching our community journalism program in 2022, The Land has graduated nearly 100 people from the program. These residents are equipped with the skills to write about their neighborhoods and issues affecting Cleveland through a solutions journalism lens, and many have gone on to write and publish articles for The Land. Now, let's celebrate the latest cohort! Join us as we gather at the Hough library branch for networking, a panel discussion with tips on publishing your writing and audience Q&A, and a shoutout to recent grads and published community journalists. The event is open to program graduates, and anyone interested in learning more. The Land will provide some coffee, orange juice, and donuts/bagels to munch on. We will have a short panel discussion with community journalism grads Ronaldo Rodriguez Jr., Molly Wilson, and Elan Eichler, moderated by Chris Mosby, executive director of The Land.
