WRJ Developers using shipping containers to build new homes in the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood

Residents expect to move into the first shipping container home at 860 E. 73rd St. this month. One of 14 developers of color participating in Cleveland Development Advisors’ Equitable Development Initiative, WRJ Developers also plans to break ground on 64 units of multi-family housing in the fall.
