Kaci Roach

Kaci Roach has served as the Executive Director for HHW Ohio since 2020. Formerly known as Hard Hatted Women, HHW Ohio is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting women as workplace and community leaders. Since its founding in 1979, HHW Ohio has worked with industry and community leaders to connect women seeking lifelong careers with employers in need of qualified, skilled workers.

In addition to her leadership at HHW Ohio, Kaci serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the New Growth Group, a Cleveland-based workforce development consulting firm. Prior to these roles, she was the Senior Manager of Knowledge at StriveTogether, a national network of education-focused collective impact partnerships.

Kaci holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies with a specialization in Urban Public Policy from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
