With 100% of ballots recorded, nonprofit executive Justin Bibb and city council president Kevin Kelley led the Cleveland mayoral primary and will face off in the general election.
With 100% of precincts reporting as of 11:30 pm, Bibb’s 10,635 votes led Cleveland City Council president Kevin Kelley’s 7,597 votes and former mayor Dennis Kucinich’s 6,481 votes.
Coming in fourth was former Cleveland city council member Zack Reed with 4,724votes, followed by Cleveland city council member Basheer Jones with 4,640 votes, state Sen. Sandra Williams with 4,478 votes and attorney Ross DiBello with 632 votes.
