On Saturday, Nov. 27 Burten Bell, Carr radio 95.9 FM WOVU will present “I am a Survivor: COVID-19 The Long Haul” to address two specific challenges occurring within the Greater Cleveland African American community: The lack of available services related to Long COVID and the fear and distrust of available health services.
Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish announced a major project last week to expand wireless internet access to approximately 70% of Cleveland’s Central neighborhood, and provide Internet equipment to 500 of 2,500 households. He called it part of a broader effort to revitalize Cleveland’s urban core.
