Wednesday night brought back an event that had been idling on my calendar for three years: opening night of the Cleveland International Film Festival. The last time the event was held in person was in 2019, before the coronavirus pandemic upended our lives.

Bolivar Road apartment project could be gamechanger for Gateway District
SomeraRoad, a development firm based in New York City and Nashville, is proposing building 203 apartment units on Bolivar Road in the Gateway District next to an office building they recently renovated.
