For decades, Cleveland has been missing coverage of its neighborhoods. We’ve since bridged that gap by:
- Training and mentoring over 50 community journalists, Cleveland residents who want to tell stories from their neighborhoods
- Taking a solutions journalism approach, focusing not only on local issues, but the people and organizations who are making Cleveland a better place
- Working with Report for America to bring journalists into Cleveland neighborhoods and building a news team to report on economic and community development and equity issues in health, the environment, and other topics
